I believe each life journey is personal and unique. We all face challenges along the way, and there are times when assistance is needed. The therapy process begins by establishing a sense of trust and support to create the foundation necessary for healing. Over the past several years, I have seen a significant increase in clients presenting with anxiety, panic and depression. I enjoy connecting with individuals to help them gain greater understanding of internal and external factors that may be contributing to emotional responses. In the therapy process, clients gain greater self-awareness, learn (or reinforce) positive coping strategies, and access the "inner wisdom" that is often ignored or rejected.  I offer art therapy and/or  talk therapy for individuals, groups or couples. During the first session, we will explore what type of therapy may be best suited for you. I  am honored to walk the road of life with you for awhile.
